The chumpi khuyas are carriers sacred energy. They are connected to the Apus (mountains) of Peru and have been used in shamanic ceremonies in the Andes for centuries. They are used by the Q'ero peoples of the high Andes and shamanic practioners to convey bands of power and other rites of their lineage.

Abelardo and his wife Luzmarina are master shamanic artisans. They have been creating traditional sacred stone carving for many years and are well respected by shamans, teachers and practitioners both in Peru and abroad. Their art is infused with a deep understanding of Andean cosmology, ancient shamanic practices and a deep love for the apus and pachamama.
