Summary: It is said in the Andes that the true purpose of life is the evolution of consciousness. Long ago, the shamans of Peru developed an archetypal system designed to advance this goal, one that has worked in the Andes for centuries. The Sacred Path of the Andes course is based on this tradition, which weaves together strands from the desert, high mountains, and jungle traditions. Throughout your work in this field, you will develop your personal mesa, or healing bundle, and will learn techniques for your own transformation. This course teaches us about the great journey of the shaman, one of munay (compassionate love) and of destiny. Together in the spirit of community, we will hold supportive Sacred Space for everyone that provides inclusiveness, safety, and unconditional love.

Sacred Geography of the Heart: From the Andes to the Mountains of North America
This summer, you are invited to share a rare opportunity for ceremony and teachings with beloved Q'ero maestro, don Mariano Quispe, as he travels for the first time to North America. This pilgrimage was born of a long-held dream in which don Mariano was asked to honor and ceremonially feed the Sacred Places of North America, connecting them with the Apus (Mountain-Spirits) of the Andes of Peru.
You are warmly invited to be part of don Mariano's pilgrimage in North America!
Description: In July and August, don Mariano will travel to the United States, called here by a vision. Many years ago in a dream, he saw himself walking among unfamiliar mountains in North America. When he awakened, he understood that it was his responsibility to feed the sacred places here, honoring Pachamama (Mother Earth) and deepening the connections between North and South America.
Deeply anchored in the life of the Andean communities he serves, don Mariano laughs when asked about his work, calling himself, "just a paqo," Yet he is treasured as a Kurak Akulleq, visionary and master ceremonialist. Respected for his mastery of ceremonial earth-offerings, healing and initiatory transmissions, he is beloved for his lifetime of work in the tiny villages of the high Andes.
He will travel to the US with longtime friend and apprentice, Dennis Alejo, fluent in Quechua (don Mariano's native language) and also an accomplished guide into understanding Andean ways. During his pilgrimage, Don Mariano will share traditional Q'ero ceremonies, healing rituals, and teachings in California, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, New York and Connecticut - offering a rare opportunity for immersion in the living heart of ancestral wisdom teachings guided by a true maestro.
