Tito La Rosa-Ofrenda a La Pachamama
Pachamama, Mother Earth, is to Andean people the Sacred Life Space. It is the warm home that protects, envelops, heals and nourishes us. It is the Feminine that fertilizes what it touches. It is Abundance. Pachamama raises its children that inhabit the planet. The Andean being listens to the sounds of Pachamama and dialogues with her as he celebrates rituals and ceremonies offering prayers and natural elements that represent life, love and well-being. This CD is the song to Pachamama that emanates.

RITUAL by Tito La Rosa
This musical project was born years ago in the precints of the Antropological Museum of Lima, Peru. In there we had our first contact with the original instruments of the Pre-inca times (2,000 years ago). We felt that it was Mother Earth singing throug the ceramic instruments, air sounding through the feathers, water, fire and earth crying inside the whistling pottery. Later on, we knitted together all these sonorous universes to ancestral myths legends and rituals. This was how Ritual was born. Learn More$16.00 -

Prophecy of the Eagle & Condor by Tito La Rosa
The Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor by Tito la Rosa. For his Silver Wave debut, Peruvian wind player Tito La Rosa addresses a familiar theme--a future socio-spiritual reunification of the Americas--and musically articulates the vision with an agreeable mix of humility and passion. La Rosa, a descendant of the Quechua Indians of the Andes, enlists the talents of labelmate Mary Youngblood (Native American flute) to intertwine the native musical traditions of two hemispheres, and the result is attractively reverent and reflective, flavored with occasional displays of dignified celebration.
