    We like to call this piece our Ramulet.  Amulets like this hand-carved, curly-horned ram were traditionally used as offerings for fertility and prosperity. Buff colored, marble-like stone talismans were once used among the Quechua and Aymara people for ensuring the reproductive fertility of their domestic animals and hence their prosperity as a people.  Stands 2.5 inches high and 1.5 inches long and 1.0 inch wide. This one comes with its own colorful hand-woven textile pouch. Carved in Peru.

    Our sacred stone is beautifully carved on both sides featuring on one side Mamakilla moon and Inti sun, symbolizing the balance between the energies of the east and west, and male and female, like an Andean yin-yang. A stylized star sparkles on the cheek of Mamakilla while amaru or sachamama, the serpent, encircles the stone.
