    Our wrist mala is made from Sandalwood (Santalum album) beads, which are very fragrant. Sandalwood was treasured for centuries, having a slight, but lovely, sandalwood scent.  Measures approximately 9 inches around, strung on stretchy cord which allows for variation in wrist size.  Embellished with a gold tassel strung from a guru bead.  Handmade in Nepal.

    This set of Prayer Beads, called a Mala or Rosary is made of Sandalwood (Santalum album), a very fragrant, fine-grained, yellow wood from Asia. Treasured for centuries, having a slight, but lovely, sandalwood scent.  You may keep it in your puja altar for positive vibrations or as a garland for your deity idol. You may also wear it around your neck.  Measures approximately 30 inches long which allows for it either to be worn around the neck or coiled around the wrist.  Made with the Tibetan Buddhist's traditional number of beads: 108.     This Lotus Seed Bracelet  with one individual turquoise accent stone is handmade by local people of Kathmandu Valley Nepal. Made from genuine lotus seeds, it also features a gold tassel. Each bead measures 8 mm in diameter. Seeds are strung on an elastic string and wrist mala is adjustable to fit all. This bracelet has 21 lotus seed beads and is 100% handmade.

    Our Tibetan Buddhist table top prayer wheel, sometimes referred to as a Mani wheel, is brightly colored, reaches 3.5inches tall, spans 1.5 inches in diameter and is constructed of copper and brass. The Buddhist mantra Om Mane Padme is written in two lines around the outside of prayer wheel. The cylinder can turn being set in motion by manually twisting the top of the piece. The cylinder contains a paper roll on which Buddhist texts are printed.  According to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition based on the lineage texts regarding prayer wheels, spinning such a wheel will have much the same meritorious effect as orally reciting the prayers.     This Tibetan conch shankar was designed to be played as a ritual trumpet.  Fashioned from a white conch shell, it is heavily decorated and embellished with turquoise and red stones, which are said to represent good energy.  Ours is finished in inlay of tiny square turquoise tiles and antiqued white metal ornaments of the Eight Auspicious Symbols and dorjes and double dorjes. Faceted stones are also used.  Colorful cloth ribbons with tassels and beads hang from the pointed end.  Knotted black leather cord is applied for ease of carrying. Shell measures 10 inches long and is 4.5 inches wide.  Ribons and cord are 17 inches long.  Made in Nepal.
