Shamans Market is pleased to present the Dream Seeds Collection of transformational jewelry for your well-being. Each of the wonderful pieces is a lovingly crafted, one-of-a-kind artist's creation. The individual gemstones and the combination used in each pendant are carefully and specifically chosen to represent special attributes for the wearer. The gemstones used in making the pendants are unique so finished sizes may vary slightly, but are approximately 1 inch in length. Each pendant comes with its own black satin cord, approximately 144" long, adjustable to the wearer's preferred length. Information card also included. This authentic huayruro seed necklace was carefully and skillfully hand-made by the Shipibo-Conibo living in the Amazon rainforest. The name of the seed comes from the name of its plant, scientifically Ormosia sp., which grows in the Amazon rainforest. All male huayruro seeds were selected for this necklace. Male huayruro seeds have black markings which the female seeds do not show. Due to its handmade nature, necklace ranges in length from 19 to 23 inches. Bead width is approximately 0.25 inches. Loop and seed closure. Handmade in Peru.

The name of the seed comes from the name of the Huayruro plant , Ormosia sp., that grows in the Amazon rainforest. All female huayruro seeds were selected for this necklace. Female huayruro seeds are all red/orange and lack the black markings which the male seeds show. Due to its handmade nature, necklace ranges in length from 18.5 to 21 inches. Bead width is approximately 0.25 inches. There is a slight variation in bead color used for the loop and seed closure - some being orange and others being black. Handmade in Peru.
