  1. Wooden Mallet for Singing Bowl - 7 inch

    We know sometimes you need to replace your singing bowl's striker (or beater or mallet). So we are offering individual mallets for just that event. Designed to be used with medium sized singing bowls, this wooden mallet is 7 inches long and 1.0 inch in diameter. Tastefully carved with a delicately tapering end and curved handle turned into the wood for better grasping. Made in Nepal.

Designed to be used with medium sized singing bowls, this wooden mallet is 7 inches long and 1.0 inch in diameter. One end is covered in black leather suede. Bowls can be stroked with both ends of the mallet. The leather-covered end is ideal for bass sounds while the wooden part of the mallet is used to produce higher tones. Three wood grooves are turned into the wood for better grasping. Made in Nepal.

    We know sometimes you need to replace your singing bowls striker (beater or mallet).  So we are offering individual strikers for just that event.  Designed to be used with smaller singing bowls, this wooden mallet is 5.5 inches long and 0.75 inches in diameter.  One end is covered in blak leather suede.  Three wood groves are turned into the wood for better grasping.  Made in Nepal.

  10. Peruvian Carved Gourd Rattle- Small

    Our fair trade, hand carved gourd rattles are made in Central Peru. The gourds are grown in the warm Central Valleys of the Andes, the costal oasis and in the jungles. After harvest they are thoroughly dried, skinned and then sanded smooth. The designs are carved on the gourd without sketching creating many intricate designs. Our designs vary so let us pick one for you.  Sold individually.  Gourd carving is one of the oldest art forms in Peru and dates back to 2,500 BC.
