We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a non appliance product you ordered or received, we'll exchange it, credit your account or refund your money within 60 days of purchase.
Shipping and Processing
In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1-2 business days. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
If an item on your order is marked “backorded” the entire order will be held until all items return to stock. If you would like us to split the order and ship the items sepeartely you can request we do that by emailing us at email@example.com.
We make every attempt to provide you the most accurate date of shipment for backordered items yet sometimes receipt of these items are delayed. If the items are going to be substantially delayed we will email you with an updated anticipated shipping date. If an item is out of stock and that information was not provided to you on the website, we will email you with additional information on availability.
Shipping charges will vary based on the weight of your package and your location. All packages are shipped from Troy, MI. During checkout you are given an estimated shipping charge. To get an accurate shipping charge (within the US) you can enter your zip code and the actual shipping charges will be calculated. International shipping charges are only estimated on the website. For more information on international orders please see International Orders below.
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Generally Priority Mail will arrive in 3-5 business days and 1st class usually with 3-7 business days. Occasionally items ordered at the same time are shipped separately.
For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service. Express orders are given top priority and we will expedite the order when possible yet we still require the 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Shamans Market ships internationally depending on an individual country's regulations. Not all items we sell can be shipped to every country. Shipping charges that show on the final invoices are estimates. If the actual international shipping fee is lower than the estimate we will automatically credit your payment method the difference. In cases where the actual shipping fee is higher we will contact you via email and inform you of the cost for shipping your order before we proceed. If you would like to know the actual shipping cost before you place your order please feel from to contact us at email@example.com and we will calculate the exact cost for you. Our standard international shipping method is US Postal Service 1st Class, Priority Mail or EMS service. We also offer you the option of shipping UPS international service. Estimated shipping times (not including order processing time) for USPS Mail service is as follows:
1st Class: 3-5 weeks
Priority Mail: 7-14 days
EMS Express Service: 3-7 days
Returns & Exchanges (Non Appliance)
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or 866-929-2964 and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees). All products are guaranteed for one year against defects.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Please enclose a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip with your return, if possible if not available then include your name, address, phone number and order number.
- Please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and send returns and exchanges to:

- Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable.
- Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges - Appliances
Unauthorized returns will be refused without question. Shamans Market must be contacted within 10 days of original order receipt to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return is subject to a discretionary 20% restocking fee. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Any defective appliance is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse and is accepted by the customer.
