Chia seeds are one of the most powerful, functional, and nutritious superfoods in the world! The chia seed is an excellent source of fiber, packed with antioxidants, full of protein, loaded with vitamins and minerals, and one of the richest known plant source of omega-3.
Try this for a quick and easy breakfast: Soak ½ cup of Chia Seeds in a bowl of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes (up to 20 minutes) then and sweeten to taste. Enjoy! You can add fruit, nuts or cinnamon or vanilla for variety. So easy and so good for you too!
