Our intricately hand carved, alabaster-like stone tile features the three revered Incan animal totems of the three directions and worlds: Sachamama, the Serpent, representing the lower world and the South; Otorongo, the Jaguar, denizen of the middle world and the West; and Apuchin, the Eagle-Condor, soaring in the upper world or the North. These three representatives are carved in bas relief over many other symbols of Andean cosmology, such as the hummingbird, sun and moon. Some background symbols may vary slightly from photo in their placement. Expertly carved by shamanic artists, Abelaro and Luz Marina in Peru.

Abelardo and his wife Luzmarina are master shamanic artisans. They have been creating traditional sacred stone carvings for many years and are well respected by shamans, teachers and practitioners both in Peru and abroad. Their art is infused with a deep understanding of Andean cosmology, ancient shamanic practices and a deep love for the apus and Pachamama. They live in Cusco, Peru with their three beautiful children Paola, Chaska and Sebastian.
