
Dimitri Manga Chavez is a cultural researcher, musician and teacher, having formed diverse cultural and musical groups. He has developed a vast activity in several Latin American countries, in Japan and USA. He is part of the interdisciplinary project WAYLLA KEPA, a registry and cataloging of pre-Hispanic instruments of Peru. He is an advisor to the Sikuri Ensemble of the CEMDUC, (Music and Dance Center of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru), and a professor at UCH, (University of Science and Humanities) of Lima, Peru.
