Mountain Flower is an indigenous medicine woman and spiritual mentor who combines ancestral wisdom with modern healing practices. As a fourth-generation Pueblo sacred instrument maker, ceremonialist, and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, she has guided thousands in reconnecting with their divine essence since 1999.

Her ceremonies serve as a bridge between worlds to create spaces of profound connection to the cosmos, the ancestors, Earth Mother, and departed beloveds. As an author, she has published six books sharing her spiritual awakening journey to support others walking a path of connection and service.

Mountain Flower is the creatrix of Intention Instruments. She crafts ceremonial drums, rattles, and smudge fans in sacred space, each carrying unique frequencies to support meditation, healing, and connection practices. 

Each instrument gets infused with four generations of ancestral wisdom, divine guidance, and the intention to help people heal themselves and their communities. 

Her journey of healing 35 years of trauma began with Reiki, then Andean Shamanism. In 2012, her spirit guides invited her to transition her ceremonial and healing offerings to the protocols she'd been downloading.
