This simple despacho cloth is hand woven and features traditional Chincheros motifs in its side bands. Reversible. The designs are woven to produce an image with positive color and weave effect on one side and opposite color and weave effect of the same image on the reverse. The edges are trimmed with a traditional finishing method and design and the corners are trimmed with yarn fringe tassels. Handwoven by the Chincheros of Peru.
