Hand Made
What makes this handmade Traditional Zen Tibetan Singing Bowl unique is the finishing of the surface and the high quality sound. Each bowl is made of seven traditional metals representing different celestial influences: Gold, the sun; Silver, the moon; Mercury, Mercury; Copper, Venus; Iron, Mars; Tin, Jupiter; and Lead, Saturn.
These singing bowls produce a wonderful singing or humming sound when hit, tapped, struck or rubbed by a wooden striker, mallet or dowel. Use your singing bowl for meditation, sound therapy, healing, and more. Nowadays singing bowls are used for holistic healing, said to calm the nervous system and revive brain functions. Note played corresponds to chakra center.
Note: some bowls have a beautiful etched symbol on the bottom.
Comes with striker and ring cushion.
