Marcelo was born in Santiago, Chile he is of Mapuche descent. He grew up with family in the most magical areas in the Southern part of the country.  His elder relatives shared tales of a time long past and inspired Marcelo to journey.  As a result, Marcelo spent two decades backpacking around the world.  He learned from various cultures and traditions and began wire wrapping and silversmithing.  He has a profound respect and intuition for indigenous cultures and has shared time and ceremonies with various tribes around South and Central America.  During his time in Peru Marcelo learned how to make healing sound instruments. He utilizes ethical materials and puts love and intention into every creation that leaves him. It is his sincerest hope that his work helps connect with the universe in the highest and most respectful manner possible.
