Returns and Replacements

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us at service@shamansmarket.com or 866-929-2964 and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees). Please take care in packing items to be returned. Items arriving damaged, used, or not in original packaging, without prior pictures/contact to Shamans Market will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the items. All products are guaranteed for one year against defects.

  1. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip with your return, if possible if not available then include your name, address, phone number and order number.
  2. Please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and send returns and exchanges to:

  3. Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable.
  4. Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.

International Returns

  5. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you via email. A refund will be given for the product only and not for shipping fees or you may elect to have the package resent and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
  6. If a package is refused by you for non payment of VAT, duties, taxes or fees we will only refund the items that are returned to us in salable condition.
