Gautam Buddha, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, was born to the Earth as the son of King Kapilvastu. Having observed the natural phemonemom of birth sickness old age and death he realized that nothing on this earth in permanent. His search for truth led him away from his kingdom and all civilization. After deep meditation he returned to deliver speeches on non violence, brotherhood and love for all humankind.
