Mangamanguilla Private Conservation Area in Piura, Peru, is a phenomenal and beautiful place, with a remarkable grassroots conservation program. The program helps supports the people of Mangamanguilla, a rural village in the Piura region of Peru. In 2016, SERNANP (Peru's environmental agency) designated the Área Conservación Privada Mangamanguilla as a private reserve, legally protecting 1,738 hectares of critically endangered dry forest habitat.
Instructions:
- Light the end of the incense cone at a slight angle with a lighter or match, and allow the flame to burn for approximately 10-15 seconds, enough to create a small flame.
- Carefully blow on the flame to extinguish. The incense cone should produce a glowing red ember and a swirl of smoke, and will continue to burn on its own.
- Be sure to burn incense on a heatproof, non-flammable holder only. Please note that the bottom of the incense cone may leave a residual stain on ceramic holders while burning.
- Burn incense in a well-ventilated room, away from flammable materials, and never leave incense burning unattended or in near children, pets, or a draft.
- Recycle or repurpose the incense boxes, they can be reused after use as storage - or whatever you want!

Palo Santo: Enjoy the citrus, rosy-woodsy scent of Palo Santo. Purifying and cleansing; the aroma is warm and delicately sweet.
To further our efforts in protecting the Palo Santo tree, these cones include Palo Santo and other herbs. Mixing Palo Santo with other Peruvian herbs helps to reduce the amount of Palo Santo being used.
Eucalyptus: Minty and woodsy aroma. This medicinal plant is commonly used for purification and protection. Collected from Otuzco, La Libertad, in the Peruvian highlands.
Rosemary: Rosemary has a relaxing scent of pine and sage which can promote better memory and focus. Burning it can help you feel closer to your guides or passed loved ones. Sourced from Yungay, Ancash.
Seven Andean Herbs: Blend of Muña (Peruvian mint), Romerillo (Peruvian lavender), Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Wallpa Chaki, Wiracoa, and Piyacuya. This unique combination of universal healing herbs are herbs that are used by native healers of Peru.
