Lucid Dream / Ensueño (En- Sue -Nho): To Lucid Dream, To be Awake in the Dream, Yogi Sleep
Dream Tonic | Insomnia’s Antidote | Nervous System Soother | Pituitary + Pineal Tonic
A relaxing tonic that can enhance deep sleep and lucid dreaming. The botanicals within this elixir have rich historical use, particularly due to their nervous system decompressing properties. Many of these plants were often used to ignite deep states of meditation, as well as deep visionary sleep.
Kalea sacatechichi native to Central America, Kava Kava native to the Pacific Islands, Passionflower traditionally used all over Latin America, and Blue Lotus used in Ancient Maya and Egypt, for example -- have been used in ritual by medicine people to enter deep meditative states and ignite visionary sleep.
Lucid dreaming, or visionary sleep, is the process of awakening in the dream, and being conscious in the dream. Plant allies like those within this formula, assist the body in deeply relaxing, yet remaining lucid and aware as the body transitions into sleep. This allows consciousness to witness itself sleep and enter in a deep relaxed state. This awakening process naturally enhances restorative rest, studied to boost the immune response, support the nervous system and enhance brain function.
This elixir is composed of botanicals from different parts of the world that are respected as visionary plants. These wonderful herbs have been used by medicine people as the plants of the ancestors. They all contain a particular chemistry in common in which they can boost hypothalamic function, increase pituitary and pineal response, and strengthen particular organs.

"I am the herbalist, medicine maker, educator and founder over at Anima Mundi. I'm originally from Costa Rica and started Anima Mundi several years ago in Brooklyn as a means to bridging ancient remedies to the modern world. My heart was to create a true farm to pharmacy experience through the art of medicine making with herbs. We offer a wide spectrum of remedies and plants from around the world, integrating from several traditions that I've studied over the years, such as rainforest tribal styles, Ayurveda, Chinese-Daoist Medicine, and European style alchemy. I believe that by preserving these ancient forms of indigenous botany, we keep alive a very sacred aspect to our source. Anima Mundi was founded with the intention to bridge ancient healing traditions and plant remedies as a form as grass roots healthcare for today's world." Adriana Ayales, Owner & Herbalist
