DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Blend or whisk 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon with 8 oz of a favorite milk (almond, cashew, coconut, goat, etc.) Making sure not to boil, heat the concoction on a medium-low setting, pour into a favorite mug and enjoy. Also use as a great addition to coconut milk curries, salad dressings & dips. Sweeten as desired or add a small spoonful of ghee, butter or coconut oil and whip to create a frothy top.
