What is a meditation stone?
Crystals used for meditation practice, sometimes referred to as palm stones or meditation crystals, are pieces of cut and/or polished semi-precious stones that can easily be held in the hand or placed as a focal point in a necklace or wand. These meditation crystals come in every color of the rainbow, with clear or smoky quartz being the most common.
