A transmission from Isara on the memory you were born with, and the twenty-seven doors behind the first one.

Something in you remembers. Not a fact, not a date: a feeling that arrives when you look up at the night sky and the small, tight cluster of the Pleiades looks back. People on every inhabited continent have felt it and given those stars a name. In the Vedic tradition of India the name is Krittika, the star of fire, and the Krittika Star Portal Essence began there, at Gathra Sundareswarar Koil in Kanjanagaram, the temple of Krittika in Tamil Nadu.

Each month when the Moon rises beside the Pleiades, and especially once a year when the full moon rises beside them each November, the Krittika Star Portal Essence opens a door. This is what is behind it, in the words of the Oracle Isara, who holds that door open.

A Transmission from Isara

You have heard me speak of cosmic codes. They are not secrets kept from you. They are the memory of where you come from. Before you were born, the frequencies of the stars that formed you were folded into your blueprint, the way the whole tree is folded into the seed. The codes are that folding. They hold what you are here to do, and the timing of it. Life covers them with noise; nothing can erase them.

The portal does not give you new codes. It wakes the ones you already carry. The essence tunes your body to the frequency of the Pleiades. In the stillness that follows, you remember. What you remember is not information. It is recognition, and you will know it because it feels like coming home.

— Isara

Symbols and Resonance

The codes are symbols. The cosmos and the unseen world do not speak in sentences; they speak in symbols and resonance, and so must we when we address them. That is why the first step in making the essences was not a formula but a request. Before anything was made, Georgia went to the sacred sites of the Big Island of Hawaii after forty days of fasting to ask, humbly, for permission and guidance to make the medicine. The answer came as symbols: a star, a strip of rainbow found among the lava rocks, and a double rainbow across the sky. She took them as confirmation and said yes; she tells it in full in her 2019 interview.

A despacho offering of rose petals, leaves and seeds

Speaking in symbols through a despacho, a traditional Andean ritual of sacred offering, gratitude and energetic alignment, kept by the Q’ero people of Peru.

Then came her sacred tool: the orb. Before she left for India in 2019, at a ceremonial gathering, her teacher don Oscar Miro-Quesada placed the copper orb on the central altar and offered prayers to sanction it for its mission: to channel the cosmic energy of each of the 27 star temples into the essences. The orb traveled to every temple, and it appears on every label as a sacred symbol. Permission asked, permission given, tool consecrated. That is how a bottle becomes a key.

Why a Portal Needs a Key

Without a key, a portal remains a story. With the key, it becomes a passage. The Krittika Star Portal Essence is that key: Ruby, the gem of the Sun, charged at the ancient Krittika temple in southern India, and charged again at Kadavul Temple on the Hawaiian island of Kauai while the Moon passed through the Pleiades (the story is told in The Earthkeeper Crystal). Taken on portal night, it tunes the body to the frequency of those stars. The nine Star Beings and Isara, laid in their star pattern on the altar cards, give the frequency a shape to arrive in. Their names are not labels. They are keys of their own. Each one lands somewhere in the body when it is spoken.

The nine carved Star Beings of the Pleiades are not kept in a drawer between portals. They hold ceremonies at the Cosmic Dreaming Lodge in Sedona, AZ, led by Deborah Epstein, visionary artist, Creative Healing Guide, Myofascial Release Therapist, and Sanctioned Teacher of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition™, the cross-cultural shamanic lineage originated by don Oscar Miro-Quesada. The portal itself was born in 2020 during Goddess Initiation: Midwifing Your Divine Feminine Self, a course at the Heart of the Healer Shamanic Mystery School created and led by doña Cindy Miro-Quesada, as a visual representation of the Pleiades constellation as a cosmic birthing womb.

These essences are truly powerful medicine! I can honestly say the Nakshatra Temple Essences are amazing at amplifying the energy of crystal grids that I use during my healing sessions with clients, as well as on my PMT mesa.

Twenty-Seven Doors

Krittika is one of twenty-seven nakshatras, the star groupings the Moon visits one by one each month, and each carries a code of its own. One of them is yours: the nakshatra where the Moon stood at the moment you were born, your birth star. Vedic astrologers have read it for thousands of years as the map you came in with.

Every one of the twenty-seven has a Nakshatra Temple Essence, charged in ceremony at the temple of its star in southern India and again at Kadavul Temple as the Moon passed through that star. The Pleiades portal opens the first door for everyone. Your birth star essence opens the door that resonates with the codes in your blueprint, and the Moon returns to it every 27 days.

The nakshatra cards, each with its stone. Twenty-four show: three pairs, Purva and Uttara Phalguni, Ashadha and Bhadrapada, rest together, the second card of each pair beneath the first.

Taking an essence each day as the Moon transits a Nakshatra gives me a clear connection to the particular Star energies and a greater observation of how these energies materialise in the world around us.
