Damaged Order 

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may use our return portal. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@shamansmarket.com, and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Money Back Guarantee 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees), provided that:

The product has not been altered in any way

Items returned not in original packaging will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the items

Used items require prior authorization before returning

START RETURN

Use our return portal to initiate your return (preferred method).

If you have problems with the return portal, please contact our customer service team at support@shamansmarket.com for assistance.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and authorization.

Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. Original shipping, shipping protection, and donations are not refundable.

Please note: You are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise. We recommend using a service that includes insurance and tracking information.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returning merchandise.

For international returns, please contact us at support@shamansmarket.com for return authorization and specific instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method that provides proof of delivery for all international returns.

Please clearly mark your return package as "RETURNED MERCHANDISE" to help avoid additional customs charges.

If a package is refused by you for non-payment of VAT, duties, taxes, or fees, we will only refund the items that are returned to us in salable condition.

Processing time for international returns may take longer than domestic returns due to customs and international shipping times.
Refunds for international orders will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Additional Notes

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email. A refund will be given for the product only and not for shipping fees, or you may elect to have the package resent with an additional shipping fee.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Products that have been altered, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returned items, except in the case of damaged or wrong items received.
