Steep 1-2 tablespoons of tea in 8oz of hot water (212°F) for 8-10 minutes, or in the golden autumn sun for at least 1 hour.

Ingredients:

Echinacea - One of the most important herbs in building the immune system. Incredibly effective at helping the immune system fight off disease and infection by increasing T-cell activity.

Calendula- The sunny bloom of autumn! This last bit of late summer and early autumn sunshine is expressed through the calendula bloom. Calendula has been known to help cleanse the lymph glands and is a traditional European peasant tonic taken to prevent sickness in winter, what we would call an immune tonic today.

Anise Hyssop - This purple flowered plant encourages relaxation of the airways and the body. Making it a great addition in helping to relieve congestion and clearing the sinuses of mucus.
