Ingredients:
Echinacea - One of the most important herbs in building the immune system. Incredibly effective at helping the immune system fight off disease and infection by increasing T-cell activity. Antifungal and antibacterial properties!
Goldenrod- The sunny bloom of autumn! Goldenrod adds an anise-like scent and flavor to this tea. This last bit of late summer and early autumn's sunshine is expressed through the goldenrod.
Sage - A well-known cold and flu fighter that helps soothe a sore throat. Sage is warming in tea and is an excellent herb for rebuilding vitality and strength during long-term illness. Sage also helps in the digestion of rich, fatty meat!
Elecampane - We sprinkled just a bit of ground-up elecampane root to help keep any coughs at bay by providing support to the respiratory system.
