DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Blend or whisk 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon with 8 oz of a favorite milk (almond, cashew, coconut, goat, etc.) Making sure not to boil, heat the concoction on a medium-low setting, pour into a favorite mug and enjoy.
